Never should have shut down during COVID. Other banks and financial institutions opened up before you ever did. Frustrating. And then we had to go to a different bank out of our area if we wanted to see someone in person.

First payment! Our first payment was due the 13th didnt come out so we called the 17th. They ended up taking it out twice! And then asking us jump through hoops for our money back!! Total fail!!!!! Wish I had more room to tell more!!

It’s an ok car I’d rather have a pick up they’ve been great . I’d like my payments lower but don’t want to rock the credit score anymore than I already have

I have been with MAPS for about four years now and I have not had any problems. There were several times when I had to delay my payment for my credit card and they helped me extend the due date several times, without making me have to pay and kind of late fee. Every time I go into one of their offices I am greeted by some very nice people. Not once have I had an angry cashier that looks like they hate their job, which I have seen several times at other Credit Union's. Whenever I have a check I need to cash, it never been held for too long, usually only about a day if the amount is high. Overall though, I have never had too many problems with MAPS and have nothing bad to say about them at all in any way shape or form. In fact I would highly recommend those in the Salem area to go and check it out.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Marion and Polk Schools Credit Union. My whole family uses them for our banking and we've all had a good experience. We do a lot of internal transfers with one another and it was very easy to set it up to do so and have had no problems with it. I've also had a couple of times where I need to deposit a check from Canada and banks in the past have made me wait quite a long time before I could actually get the money, but this credit union only took a week which was very fast. Going to the Credit Union in person I've always had a nice experience with the tellers being very nice and friendly. Every time I have called them for customer service I never have to wait long and they handle everything quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but good things to say about this Credit Union, I'd recommend it to everyone.
