I was helped by a representative named Jared Hill today and wanted to leave a kind review for him. Very easy to work with and was empathetic and patient as we navigated through settling a small debt I had from an insurance company. (Mind you, I had just found out about it a year later!) He honored the 50% settlement discount I had gotten in the mail as well! Kudos to him :)

I don't even have an account with this company! Also, to anyone else who reads this, it is against the law for these individuals to re-age the dates on your accounts, especially these third parties. They are not the original creditors and they cannot re-age dates to reopen old accounts.

Responsibility changed from individual to '". Which literally says nothing at all. I never owed it, but payed the $70 to make it go away. These places are the worst. Hopefully '" means paid in full, we'll let you move on with your life now...

They also work with companies that hire them for services, which is completely delirious! They add bogus, inaccurate, and fictional information to people's credit reports! Any lender can clearly see that I pay my bills on time. Just because this particular company feels as if I owe them for services that I did not ask for is not realistic in the business world. Spend time collecting from actual customers who genuinely want your business, rather than from people who do not and did not request your services. You may find a turn of economic uprising and growth in your company that way.

Wish I could give half a star. This was reported to me by WalletHub because the account was closed 2 years ago and magically opened back up yesterday. What's the point of doing this? Now my credit score is even worse than before, when I've done nothing new.

How can they reopen something that has been closed and put it back on your credit? Once it's closed, it should stay closed. No wonder we can't get anywhere.

Absolute scabs of the earth. These scammers are the dirtiest, most disgusting, subhuman inbreed swine. They will place a fraudulent collection on your credit report and will not remove it whether you pay or not. They deserve the harshest of treatments. Why must our country be full of these leeches and remoras that exist only to rob the American people?

Paid the agreed-upon debt, and now it's a settlement that has been paid, but it's still showing as a collection. They keep aging it to keep it on my credit report. It seems to have a perpetual 6-year age. Meanwhile, I am in excellent standing with the original creditor. This debt collector seems to have no interest other than to cause harm.

They keep reopening this account and it's been reported several times. They will not remove it and I keep disputing it. Does anyone know how to go about this?

You have to explain your case to the consumer financial protection bureau. Credit collection services have to follow the law and if they don’t you can sue them for 1000 at a court of your choosing. If they can’t prove that you owe a debt and they are still reporting on your credit report make a complaint. They know most people don’t know their rights. So they pray on people who they think is easy money. That is how most collection agencies move.

This is a fraudulent report and I've tried repeatedly to have it resolved, but it's still on my record. It is complete nonsense. How can people get away with doing this? This is the only open collection on my credit and it's upsetting.

It appears that my request for assistance in removing the inaccurate information is not working, and I can't get anyone to acknowledge that I've reached out for help numerous times. It's almost as if they want you to give up trying because nothing ever changes when you do.

I don't even know what this is. I've never used them, but here they are on my credit report, messing my score up. I've disputed it three times, and it never comes off.

They bought this account without my permission. Please delete it from my account. I do not owe Geico Insurance anything. They are upset after me being with them for over 14 years, then I dropped them and switched over to Progressive.

Unwilling to investigate my claim of mistaken identity, the account I had with Progressive was paid in full on April 21st. When speaking with the CCS representative, he was not willing to listen or assist in rectifying the situation, leaving me feeling helpless and confused.

I wasn't a customer with GEICO in 2020. They try to get money like every other insurance company when you decide to get a better policy.. they raise rates without notice

Mine has been paid off for four years and still shows up cuz they refuse to take it off so don't bother paying it off…it will come off on its own before they ever take it off. If you pay it off they can keep it on your record for 7 more years but if you ignore them they can't leave it on more then 7 years from when It got there.so if it has...
