Nice people and Shannon is really helpful and helped me a lot with my issues online in my credit report, and I am so grateful for her assistance with my case.

This company contacted me with a closeout amount, and after I paid it the next day, they reported the balance to the credit bureau. Shady business debt agency. I felt really good paying off the debt in the amount they reached out to me regarding. They assured me that was all I had to pay and it would be reported as paid.
The very next day, I got an alert that lowered my credit score for the balance they agreed to write off.
I thought I could trust this company because the agent I worked with was nice. However, I called to discuss the problem and I got Karen, another term for someone who works at a debt collection agency and thinks she is superior.
However, this tactic is unfair to someone who is trying hard to pay off debt and is harmed by an unfair practice.
There is so much going on in the world today; some people don't have food, gas, lights, water, and are homeless, living paycheck to paycheck, while debt collection agencies buy debt to get rich at the expense of the poorest people.
Good job, America. Keep the poor people poor while the collection agencies live well at the expense of the poor people.

Refuse to remove inaccurate information after numerous requests. Predatory collections that double invoice should be illegal and put out of business.

Terrible. My account was never negative; I never had a late or missed payment. This should be gone— my account shows a zero balance. The reporting company apologized and removed it long ago.

It's not my account. My name and Social Security number were used fraudulently. I have reported this, and it still shows on my credit. There is a fraud alert.

I have tried numerous times to explain to this company that someone in my family opened an account in my name years ago. They left the apartment in 2018, and it's now 2024. It just showed up on my credit report at the end of last year. I will continue to dispute this until it's removed from my report.

They are supporting the inclusion of a fraudulent account on my report. They are collecting and reporting on an account that is not mine.

Shannon was great! Quick and easy process to pay off an outstanding bill that I had. She had great customer service skills and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying and how much.

No comment because they have not contacted me ever although I know where the debt came from and I might just have to pay the actual company.

Although I had to pay a debt, they agreed to delete it from my credit profile. I’m aware of the disputing that process but it was cheaper to just pay the debt and less time consuming.

This company is so shady. They pride themselves on thinking they are above the law when it comes to consumer reporting. If I could rate them a negative mark I would. They take it personal if a consumer is exercising their right to verify if information they are reporting is true and accurate. They are truly unprofessional!
