Continues to try to collect for a $200 power bill due to the landlord of the property, not me as a tenant. I suppose their strategy is to try to skim money from whoever lived in one of the four units in the place.

These people are absolute garbage. Imagine waking up and thinking of new ways to steal money from people. Here’s some more words so I’m over the 130 limit.

Annoying to receive early morning texts about my ex's debt. His debt is not my problem, and my number never was his. Please check your sources before contacting the wrong person. Unless he gave you my number, you must have used some relational phone search to connect it with my address, where he hasn't lived for three years. You somehow accessed credit card information of a card I've used once for emergencies—my card, not his—and attempted to charge it. Thankfully, the bank flagged it and shut it down as suspected fraud. I had to wait over a month for a new card because of this incident.
I still receive your mail for him at my address, as well as calls and texts to my phone number. Even when I mark the mail with "Return to Sender, Has Not Lived Here for 3 Years" and include his new address, it still comes to my house. He already left me with enough of his own debts, so it's up to you to find him for yours. Check your email; I sent you his updated information. You've been notified. If you do not update your records, I will consider any further contact on this matter as harassment.
Sending people into a frustration spiral in hopes that they'll urge the person in debt to get in touch with you won't work with me. I've already provided you with the information; now it's your responsibility to act on it. Moreover, I work in Revenue Cycle Management, A/R Collections, and Subrogation. I am well-versed in what you can and cannot do legally.
This debt is not mine. Have a great day!

Ronald Alleman is the most incompetent, unprofessional person I have ever had to speak with. He makes this company look terrible. He told me one thing and did the total opposite multiple times.

I swear these people are inhumane. They stole property from me and broke my car's driver door. I called several times to pick up my car, but they didn't answer. I had to spend an extra $400 because they don't know how to answer their phones. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service.

I've been on the phone with this company in the past and more recently multiple times. No help. Wrong person! This is not mine. I don't have any medical issues, and I haven't had any medical issues, so either someone is using my social security number or is trying to impersonate me at the facilities. It's not me. I have informed everyone that I have not used that doctor, I'm not part of that affiliation, and I want this taken off my credit immediately, or I'm going to file a civil lawsuit against them both individually and collectively. Anyone who puts this or attempts to put this back on my credit will be dealt with accordingly. It's derogatory. This company has not done anything to help me, except hamper me. I should be enjoying my golden years of life; instead, I'm having to fight to get these things taken off my credit, and it's from the same three or four companies every time. Please, leave me alone and take it off my credit now. I want this off my credit immediately.

Not much to review. The agency reported the account returned to original creditor, but no change has been noted on my account to date.

Have four different collection companies coming after me for the same bill from 67 years ago? I'm not willing to settle with any of these companies.

Account wasn’t mine, due to identity theft called to notify they did nothing to help me. Tried to sell me something useless to supposedly look at my account that went into collections that wasn’t mine in the first place. Lol
