Britney Bay was a complex infested with crime and drugs. Largo PD received nearly 1,000 calls from 11/21 to 11/21. Management did nothing to correct the problem. As evident from other reviews, this company is unprofessional and unwilling to work with individuals to address any issues.

Was easy to pay off this account and Jennifer was very helpful and pleasant. Had a letter in less than an hour after confirming payment. Collections is never fun but this company did not hound me and was patient with me until I was able to afford to pay.

This company wrote a fictitious bill and added it to my credit report intentionally to destroy my credit. This is the third time that they have done a clerical error not corrected it and put it on my credit report.
