Logged and made an account with this company. Looked at my accounts, and they gave me some nice percentages off. Was able to pay all three accounts off; they never harassed me. They are very nice and understanding. Thank you for working with me. Now, I will have two other charge-off accounts removed from my credit report. I am well on my way to purchasing a home. And because of this experience, I wish I understood credit and charge-offs sooner. Thank you.

I set up a payment plan, and a few days later they reported it to my credit as collections. What type of crap person would do that after I had arranged a payment plan? Someone affiliated with your organization, that's who. Such behavior is incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical. They need to find a job better suited to them, perhaps at Arby's. Thanks.

Trying to continuously collect on an account that was opened because my identity has been stolen. I disputed with credit reporting agencies and still it appears on my experian credit report as an unpaid balance. Not only have these people harassed me non stop but they have also harassed me by mail. They somehow found the new address which I have been staying and continued harassing me through mail/STALKING. my address where I am staying has never been listed anywhere or voiced to anyone. How did they get the address to continue harassing me for past due debt that is not mine? Might have no other option but to open up lawsuit for identity theft , stalking, harassment by phone and mail, and fraud.

I have told them tune and tune again the account is not mine. I had 2 other cards opened at the same time and charged to the max. I disputed with them and they have taken it all off as the accounts were never mine! This company basically calls you a liar all they want is money even if it's not you that owes it.

The information from the company is inaccurate. Nothing negative should have been reported on my credit. I tried to clear this up with the original company. I was only given very unreasonable options.

This company ruined my credit I was scammed and now am a victim of identity theft these themes are more protected than I am I'll never be protected with anything it is so wrong to reopen this issue again I have been scammed I have been used but this company went with the thieves and cause me to lose my credit card no I don't agree with it being reopened again is all you're doing is ruining my credit.

Terrible I never even open this account. The thieves that steal our identity have more protection in place then the actual people whose identity has been stolen. Have to jump through hoops, send emails paperwork phone calls none of which hardly ever come to fruition or end up in the favor of the victim. All the while our credit score goes down. Something is truly wrong with this whole entire system if the thieves are more protected than the person that is having to deal with all of this garbage. It's debilitating and something needs to change not to mention the harassment by collection companies that do not believe that your identity has been stolen or somebody open to fraudulent account in your name. Makes me sick.

Inaccurate information reported. The need to Prove this account belongs to me before reporting negatively on my report. They Cannot Verify My DOB, Employment. The Only thing they had Correct was my Phone# when they contacted Me. And I’ve lived at the same address for over 30/years and I’ve NEVER received ANY Letters &/OR Correspondence.
