They are slow at removing inaccurate information. I had inaccurate info removed, and they put it back on. Predatory practices. Beware as you would of the plague.

Never have I blocked so many calls from these people, and I don't owe anyone anything, so I am sure I won't be speaking to them ever about anything. They are another group of what I call the Debt Chasers.

This place is very unprofessional and does not conduct investigations for accounts that were not opened by you. They send you statements, thinking that you are just going to take their word for it. Statements are not proof of debt. They ignore an FTC identity theft report and continue to violate your rights. Make sure that they are legally able to collect debt in your state. File a complaint with the CFPB, and if they don't remove it, then contact a consumer lawyer.

I've had this paid and gone and back again, not understanding why the score keeps dropping. I believe under this much stress and aggravation, time should have paid this bill off over and over in different ways. I'm working as much as possible to keep everything paid, but sometimes I get in a bind because of others messing with my payments, which may not come through, or have issues. Either way, I'm hoping this can be disputed off my account. May God be with us all.

They have not created any sort of dialogue with me, offering solutions. They do not give me confidence with regard to mailing payments.

They were very nice and helpful when things got rough for me, helped me at my worst times. Things happened, and I got lost on a lot of things during those really hard times, but they are good people who try to do their best to help. I hate that I got messed up and fell behind, but I'm willing to try and work something out with them if possible.

Thank you for continuing to work with me to settle my account at $35.00 per month. I will continue to pay each month. Sorry I had a loss of income during the pandemic and am slowly recovering. Thank you.

Do not recognize this LLC. My identity was stolen during the said time of this account. If they paid my debt for someone, then I don't owe them, but I thank them for paying it for me.

Will not give me the original credit card contract, or updated list of charges? This place is like a ghost or scam; I can't even get a person or agent to give me a copy of my contract or information regarding my original account, so this place must be a scam!

This account is much older than what is stated. I believe it opened around 2018, and the amount borrowed was $500. The fees they added are unreasonable.

They are unbelievable; everything about them is incorrect, and they want to negotiate, which is even more inaccurate and unbelievable. They need to stop.

This happened four years ago; why are they posting it as a new account? It's ridiculous. These people are writing incorrect and inaccurate information.

You mean they are reporting this as a new account on your credit report? They are not able to change the date it goes 7 years from the date of first delinquency. Those debt collection practices are illegal. Sometimes they do this on purpose.

@bryanpowers177 you need to make them verify that the debt does in fact belong to you and that they have a legal right to collect the debt in your state. If it is not your account, then you need to file an ftc identity theft report and send the credit bureaus a certified letter with return receipt. If they claim it is verified then you fire back with a letter making them provide proof. Do file a complaint with the cfpb as well. I own a credit repair company and deal with this shenanigans on a daily basis

I wish I could give Spring Oaks Capital LLC a review of “zero” stars. They sent me a text message in Oct 2023 (first and only contact). They didn’t ID me in the text. I ignore it. They sent me another text today 4 Nov 23 stating I have a Milestone Master Card with the Bank of Missouri which is now owned by them. This is absolutely untrue. I do not have an unpaid credit card anywhere in the world. I called them. Very low standard of customer service. They kept asking for my name. I said I’ll give you the phone number you texted and you can tell me my name. They could not. They were rude. The whole thing felt like harassment and taunting, and the texts felt like they are scamming and phishing. Please be careful out there. This company is up to no good. They were condescending & unapologetic. It was as if they felt we had no rights and could do nothing about it. I hope and pray that this rude company and their tactics are unsuccessful and bankrupted.
