TTA continues to call, even after multiple "cease and desist" requests, and despite my request to receive any necessary communications in writing. Also, their online payment portal continues to refuse attempts to make online payments and instead displays an error message saying "Transaction Limit Exceeded." I have even sent screenshots of the error message and they have said the problem is on my side—even after I sent screenshots from my credit union showing that I have successfully made many payments. I sent TTA a letter early on when they took over the two accounts I am paying off, stating my intentions to pay these legitimate accounts in full and stating what I could afford to pay monthly. Yet, they continue to harass me with phone calls, instructing me to call them, and they refuse to send anything in writing, except for the generic "communication from a debt collector" letters with the account balances.

They won't email back. You have to talk over the phone. I have a speech impairment and experience nervous breakdowns when talking on the phone. I tried for a couple of years to pay them off just to improve my credit.

Going through a rough patch with an accident and the inability to work as much.. Being forced into partial early retirement. They have been very helpful and patient

This is ludicrous this should be abolished by now how can a sick person pay while out of work and not working during this time this agency been on my butt since idk when I hate this company this is why I no longer go to Dr's or hospitals anymore always pay pay pay

I had squared away debt over 20 yrs ago, but another debt crossed their desk that was already paid and creditor wasn't informed, they not gave me a hard time clearing it up, but they dredged up old crap that I already paid off... In a nutshell, they are desperate to go after anyone they want, whenever they want... regardless of their status!!

I am in the process of paying this Bill off as I was not aware that I had any outstanding hospital bills. In fact the dates on these bills are pre-2015 when I moved to Houston TX from Gorham ME.

When I called,someone answered right away without being put on hold and the person I talked to was very courteous and helpful. For once, it was actually a pleasant experience paying a bill.

I've explained that there are charges for medical services that I never received. I've also been in touch with the hospital and just recently I was charged for something I didn't have. I received a call back from the hospital and they removed the charge. So this brings me back to the charges that Thomas agency has and the accuracy of many of the charges.
Plus what reason to send medical bills directly to collections rather than the individuals? Line item billing would provide me with any questions. Often Maine general billing is not accurate.

very helpful .. now i know what i need to fix on my account . maybe i can get my credit score back where it needs to be in order to buy a home .

I paid this account in full $63. & it still states unpaid! WTF!! If that's the case, then why bother to pay collection accounts! I have been trying to better my credit & it hasn't helped me one bit!

I personally think you can cram your medical bills up your ass!!!!!!!! And this crap should not even be reported.... you people are rude..... and can’t deal with you at all!!!!!
