This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with My Husband is having a major major surgery. I don’t know how the outcome is gonna turn out. I contact this company and all they say is payment is due this date or the vehicle will be out for repo. I contact them dealing with the medical report and that’s the response I get. if I could blast names on here without getting in trouble for defamation, I would not recommend this company at all this is it predator company All they care about is Money not the well-being of their customers

These people are hurting a lot of people’s credit by lying and not telling the truth. They keep putting this back on my record when it shouldn’t be there.

Sold me a car with multiple problems and a key that wasn't for my vehicle. I missed two payments because they made it so I couldn't pay online from my account, and then they repossessed it with all my belongings after calling me and everyone I knew to harass us for less than $1,000 because they made it impossible to make the payments online. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever get a car from this predatory finance company. They have no accredited account with the Better Business Bureau because of how crooked the company is.

Told them to come pick up their lemon car that they gave me. Out of nowhere, without my authorization, they pulled my credit and now my score decreased. They did not ask, nor did I know they were going to be looking at my credit, especially since I didn't give them authorization.

Despite apparently having the financial resources to improve their staff support and customer service, they seem to neglect these areas deliberately. Additionally, their practice of charging both interest and principal in a manner that is questioned legally is another red flag for potential clients. Therefore, if you are considering an out-of-state auto loan, it's essential to thoroughly research the lending institution to avoid possible fraudulent practices and ensure that they have the competence to manage their business effectively.

Very understanding and very reasonable to work with. I couldn't think of a better loan company to go through and would highly suggest them to any of my friends or family.

This is not my account! My account was closed in 2019 with a zero balance! This account was opened in 2024. Apparently, someone had the same account number more than five years later, and they were too inattentive and too indolent to look into it. They just reported it as verified and accurate. I'll see you in court!

I haven't been late or missed a payment, so my finance company has been just fine. I like the warranty offered through CNAC, and the truck I have has been amazing.

Absolutely awful, LeAnn Myers is a terrible person and incredibly rude. She sounds completely stuck up and just repeatedly tells you, "Oh well, can't help, sorry, out of luck." Having no grace period is the most ridiculous thing ever. The company says they are there to help, but they are only out to take advantage of people. Do not go here unless you want to be lied to.

CNAC Company is ridiculous. Trying to call them about your car, they act like they know nothing. They have no communication skills within the company and they are disappointing. They towed your car because you don't have insurance, and they could at least work with people. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers. I will never buy a car through them again. I'm so glad they closed the one in Fort Worth down because they weren't getting any business with them. Like this one worker for Byrider in Fort Worth, her name is Christy, she does not know how to communicate properly. I will never buy a car with them again. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to buy a car here again.
