Greater Iowa Credit Union Car Loans

OK, first off, I don't really know this bank very well, but that's where my car loan is from, so I have a question. How can you tell me that my car payments aren't being made if they're direct deposit? I don't trust these people, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It doesn't make sense that they insist the payments aren't received when it's an automatic deduction through the bank. So my question is, who's pocketing my car payments? I see on my bank statements that the payment was sent, and yet they still say it hasn't been posted. Can someone tell me what's going on? If anyone out there is looking for a car loan or whatever, don't use this bank.

Accurate reporting to the credit bureaus I have been with them for 4 years and never had a problem. I highly recommend them. I give them 5 stars

This is my wife and I's first time using a credit union. We had always used one of the big banks before. We recently moved back to the area and decided that we have had enough hassles with our bank. Moving all of our money and accounts over to Greater Iowa could not have been easier (minus some issues with our old bank, surprise surprise). All of the staff at Greater Iowa has been completely fantastic. They are helpful, personable, and most importantly, don't act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job.

Most recently, we took out a car loan with them. The application process was quick and straight forward. We ended up with a fantastic interest rate on a used car loan. I honestly do not think that I could be any happier with them. I have been telling all of my family and friends to go ahead and make the switch. You will not be disappointed.
