Needed to make a change in my loan payment amount. I was unable to do so on the website, even though I was able to set up automatic payments on their website. I called, was on the phone or on hold for 40 minutes. Spoke to 4 different reps. NONE OF THEM could help me. VERY disappointing and aggravating to waste my time to tell me they can't help me.. would have been nice if the FIRST person would have told me that instead of giving me the runaround.
