Filed for our 2nd draw PPP loan through KService in February. They placed the application through Customers Bank. It was very frustrating but finally got word that KService withdrew our application. Could not reapply at our bank because application was not withdrawn by Customers Bank. Sent request by email, Called and talked with a loan officer at a branch bank and was told he could not help me. This is the kind of service your bank provides. My employees are going to be pleased when we tell them we have to shut down.
Communication with this bank PPP is impossible. Have tried for days to reach someone regarding my PPP loan but with no luck. They are holding my SBA PPP loan number but rejected my PPP . I need that number released so I can apply through another lender. Time is of essence but no one is responding to my messages. This is very frustrating!
