I took my daughters there to open a account my foster daughter account was negative so they went into my other daughter's account and took the money. They are not related are not on each other's accounts but Kessler says this is ok because I signed both of there minor forms. This should be explained at the time the account is established. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been a customer for 20 years and a premier member, but I can't obtain a mortgage with them. Fifteen years ago, I could not secure a car loan. I believe that Kessler is a discriminatory bank. My bills are set up on autopay, and they change the payment dates without notification. I have paid for stop payments, yet they let transactions go through, and when I called, they did not refund my money. I have received incorrect information and have had calls disconnected abruptly, and I have encountered long lines. Enough is enough. I am finished with them.

I must say that they were very good to me. When my husband died, they began to process the insurance on our bank loans without the death certificate. I could not have afforded those payments without his income. My experience has always been good with Keesler. I am well pleased with the service. I am even considering using them as my central bank. I currently have two checking and two savings accounts from two different banks. I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful experiences at the Wiggins branch. Krystal Shaw is an absolute gem!

I want to share my recent experience with Keesler Federal Credit Union in Biloxi, MS, as I believe it's crucial for everyone to know. The bank withdrew $35 from my savings account for "inactive usage" without my knowledge. It is "stealing" if somebody takes your money out of your savings account without your consent or being notified of it. Again, it's a savings account meant to save your money. I discovered this only after receiving my quarterly statement, and if I had been notified earlier, I would have taken action. When I contacted KFCU customer service, and the upper management acknowledged my frustrations. The CS rep stated it was ridiculous and she would be upset too. She informed me that this was implemented to address accounts that remain untouched for years. KFCU will clean the untouched accounts dry without notifying the account holders. Again, this is my savings account. As someone in accounting, sending a final notice of closing the accounts or issuing a check (our money) to the account holders, would foster trust and demonstrate good ethical practice. That's not KFCU practice. They found a way to take my money, probably others', and become immensely wealthy overnight. This situation feels like a complete fraud. When I spoke to customer service, they agreed to submit a request to the board for the return of my $35 taken from my savings account. It's not just about the money; it's the principle of the matter. I was told to call back in 24 to 48 hours. When I followed up, another customer service rep said my request was denied by the board. I asked to speak to an upper manager, which led to a 2nd request being sent; it was also denied by the board. Who is on the board? When I spoke to the manager, I asked where my money was going since they took it without my consent and would not give it back. She stated she had no clue where it goes. I then requested to close my account, and she said they would mail me a check for my remaining balance. I couldn't understand why they didn't handle this properly in the first place. Bottom line, Keesler Federal Credit Union stole my money, maybe others. (Easy way to become multi-millionaire overnight by stealing) KFCU is taking from accounts without your consent. Please BEWARE. The rating is 0, which wasn't an option.

It is the worst credit union that exists; it does not help the customer, and everything is poised to charge you a fee. I have had an active account for more than 10 years, and I have never received a requested benefit. One star and that's because otherwise it won't let me submit the review.

Keesler Federal Credit Union is a poor choice of bank to keep your money in as they do not care about their customers. I reported a scam in which Booking.com withdrew $825.35 from my account, and although they refunded the money within a week, they waited about 6 months and then took it back. If this is the type of bank that someone trusts, then I feel sorry for them. This is a terrible way to conduct business.

Bad customer service. They charge for everything and do not value their members. I am moving all of my accounts from here. Their customer service is the worst. Good luck reaching anyone after hours if your card is locked out; it's a real bummer when traveling and can leave you stranded.

Terrible bank. Offers the option to open an account online, then they never respond to your application. Seems like they are just stealing personal info. I've sent many emails to the branch and have never received a response. Absolutely horrible service.

I would not recommend Keesler Federal Credit Union to anyone for anything! If you fall 60 days behind on a car payment, they will charge you for four months, towing costs, and also allow the company they use to change the lock on it immediately without notifying you. They wait until you are ready to pick up the car, only for you to find out you owe $400 more for a key. Whoever Emily is in that department was very rude and talked over you after you had done what was necessary to get the vehicle back.

I have been honored to be a KFCU member for 19 years until my husband, John, passed away on January 21, 2024. Then I saw their true colors. I stopped by to get a legal document notarized, and I mentioned to the man I spoke with that my husband had passed away. Immediately, I was restricted from my accounts, and when I went to the bank, they informed me that I had an overdraft of over $2000. I asked how that could be possible, and they said that Social Security had taken our check, but it was not Social Security; it was KFCU. Social Security checks are from the previous month, so they confiscated our December check, which had been deposited on January 24th for the month of December, on February 20th—the day I notified them of his death. And with no notification after being a loyal member, they withdrew money that was not in my account, caused an overdraft for the entire account deposit, and treated me as if I were a criminal.
Social Security had been called the day after my husband's death, and they assured our daughters this would not happen, and since we were joint account holders, the funds should have remained in our account. I had to ask my son to cover $2500, and he did, but it has shown me that this bank cannot be trusted to take care of its members. Then they held the amount they took for so long and would not release it to Social Security so that I could get it back. We filled out a form with Social Security, but KFCU wouldn’t release the funds to them to reimburse us. They are heartless, cold, and uncaring, and instead of being able to properly grieve, our family had to fight them. I cannot express the grief this bank has put our family through, but I would advise finding another bank that is more trustworthy because they are not.

While serving in the Army National Guard, I went to US Army Ranger School. I was injured and was no longer on active status. I fell short on one loan. I had never missed a payment with them before this. The treatment I received was grossly unfair. Recently, I contacted them to get this removed from my credit report. They said there was nothing they could do, even though this happened two years ago and I haven't missed a payment since. I will be looking into legal action with JAG to take against them. They don't support our troops. I will no longer be banking with them in the future.

"I recently retired from the US Navy and had issues receiving retired military pay and VA disability benefits due to the backlog of the military processing paperwork. I called a few creditors to have holds/deferrals placed on payments for a credit card and a couple of loans until I began receiving my pay and was employed again. This was no issue with other creditors, and most of them gave me a 90-day window for deferring payments. When I contacted KFCU, they required a credit check for some reason. The loan was in good standing, and I had never been late on a payment. I have also been a KFCU customer for over 10 years, but I guess KFCU is too big to care about that anymore. So I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing from KFCU. I called in, and they then informed me I was denied the payment deferral because I could not show any future income. This being a factor is one of the most unreasonable things I have ever encountered. I'm asking for a deferral because my retirement and benefits have not processed, so of course, I can't prove any future income. I just wanted to thank KFCU for supporting a transitioning veteran during a difficult time. I will do my best to ensure any military members avoid KFCU. This will be posted on all available and appropriate sites, groups, and review platforms. Once again, thank you.

For years now, my payroll has been available 2 days early. It has pended for the Monday but has been available the Saturday before the release date. For some reason that has not happened for the past month. Keesler swears that it is not on their end but the company I work for is not doing anything differently submitting direct deposits. I stayed on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find out why this is happening but seems no one can tell me why.

How is it legal for Keesler to receive direct deposit from my job and keep my entire check because I am behind on my car note? Then refuse to release any of the funds that I've worked for. How do they expect a person to survive. I have a child that I have to feed and care for everyday. Somebody PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! Do I have any legal options?
