Cash Apples does not tell the truth. Cash App lies plain and simple Nothing Cash App says is the truthful. They have third world customers service representatives who barley speak English and have trouble reading the written form response to your problems. Cash App lost all the paperwork I sent to them to resolve the dispute. Customer Service will lie to you about the progress of a dispute just to get you off the phone.
ONE DAY SHY OF A MONTH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE.

**AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY.**

I was scammed by a seller and cannot get any support from Cash App. I filed more than one dispute, which should have been an easy case to find fault with the seller. I keep being told they see no reason for a refund. And I say, the item I purchased was not as described. I even sent documents to the seller to double-check. She lied and taunted me in our conversations, then blocked me.

Cash App is the bomb and I hope it never goes away. They simplify my life and make it more enjoyable. Cash App is the best account one could ever have, and I give them 30 stars.

I have used Cash App for many years and never had a problem until recently. It really opened my eyes to how problematic the service is. The whole of Block Inc. is very sketchy and untrustworthy, not the characteristics you want in a financial company you trust your money with.

There's no accountability at Block Inc. There is no way to speak to the corporate office, or even find out where they are actually located. Support agents, if they are even real humans, reply with pre-written, scripted messages they must be instructed not to deviate from.

What is the use of having human agents then? Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. I definitely would not recommend it.

If you ever have any issues for which you need help regarding your finances, then good luck. You probably will be left on your own.

Unfortunately, Cash App does not currently support the direct deposit of money orders.

If you have a money order, you'll need to cash it at a bank, check cashing service, or retail location that accepts money orders. Once you have the cash, you can then deposit it into Cash App.
