Verified CustomerI tried to pay this off by contacting the company and they had no information and would not take my money. This is very ridiculous!!!

Verified CustomerI have no idea as to what this collect is for. Can not get a straight answer from the agency. Very rude people. I firmly dispute the allegation that I owe money in that I faithfully pay my obligations each month If I could get a straight forward answer from the agency instead of threats, then maybe we could get to the bottom of this issue Still after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS & months later; I'm still unable to get a straight answer as to what this is for. I refuse to blindly pay without an explanation & AmCollect will not respong with a logical answer.

Verified CustomerI like the fact that the collection agency did not bombard me with consistent phone calls or paper mail. I sent them money orders via usps and they accurately updated their end to all 3 credit bureaus. I have noticed some individuals have stated the collection agency has not been much help or the lack of customer service, however the 2 times that I did call I was greeted with pleasant voices. The only con I have is that once you have paid the account in full it takes the company 30 days to contact the bureaus to state you have paid in full and up to 60 days to ask the bureaus to delete the account.

Verified CustomerAmerican credit solution enterprise is breaking federal law by giving my medical info to creditors and the credit agencies. It is for 58 dollars and that used to be if under 100 dollars taken off right away. They are blackmailing me cause they don't want to bill the us military cause it was already paid to shock trauma. They keep charging new amounts so I have to pay cash and they don't have to legally follow the law about billing a hero that was wounded in combat. This company should be shut down for many reasons and I probably am going to sue for slander, giving medical info to everybody and hanging phone up on me plus not sending ne fair credit reporting .v act section 604 605 611 and 625. If I sue they will probably owe millions. This isn't a ploy but the law.
