My husband was involved in an accident with a party that carries this insurance. That accident occur on August 9, 2018. The member claimed he was at fault and we sent them pictures of damage and took to get an estimate. We are still waiting for a second check to get car repaired two months later. The claims department does not take phone calls you have to leave messages and they never call you back! The Claim Adjuster that is assign is Charles Gladmin! I just want the check to get the damage repair and hope to never have to deal with this company again! I might just have to call the Insurance Commissioner to get resolved at this point!

Overall, the customer service with this company is pretty decent. There is only one time that I can think of that would make me think otherwise. The calling center seemed to be down for a few days, but this could have been a technical issue and does not reflect poorly on the insurance company. Disclosure on all aspects pertaining to the policy is very clear and paper work in a clear format is provided. The application process was similar to others I have been involved in. Also, the problem resolution is quick and always leads to any of my problems or questions being solved.
