How is it legal when you have separate loans that they can put a payment where they want and say they are all connected? Tried to volunteer bring a truck back and it sat there for a month and they said come get it because it was in their way. They won’t take it back because it is connected to other loans. I thought loans were separate because they were financed at different times and signed and dated at different times. These people love you as long as you have a good income but heaven forbid you lose any of it. They don’t want to work with you. They are rude and uncaring!
They were/are a great company. I do not plan to deal with or be using Guardian Credit Union now or in the foreseeable future. I would like for them to not even be shown on my report at all if possible.
