They claim to help with your credit, yet the way they have their auto pay set up is crooked. There hasn't been a single payment that I haven't had to personally call the dealership to ensure the full amount went through (every single payment) even though I have it on auto pay. My car was in and out of the shop for the first year and a half I had it it only stopped breaking dawn on me after I did the mechanic work myself. The warranty was helpful, but I still ended up paying over $1800 in deductibles and didn't have my car for more than 2 months at a time before it would break down again. They sold me the car claiming it was an EcoTec Cruze. However, I discovered it's just an LS model. My front driver-side window was broken at one of the mechanic shops they directed me to, and they tried telling me "it wasn't their problem". My battery also coincidentally died at the same dealership. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Every single person I know, who has been to this place has had issues with their vehicles. not a single one of their cars lasted through their loan, and they ended up having to purchase a new vehicle. I even tried to make payments towards the principal and they told me that's not possible. I realize a lot of the things they did and told me were illegal but I do not have the money or time to get a lawyer and pursue how crooked and unprofessional they have been.

I bought a car from them almost eight months ago, but I only had the car for four months when it completely shut down and stopped working. Because I refused to pay for a car that was not functioning, it ended up being repossessed. I had put down $1,000 to have a reliable vehicle to get me and my children to work, and now I'm left without a car again. I do not recommend this company, as I now have a repossession on my record due to them selling me a defective vehicle.

It's bad enough you repossessed my car, but did you have to pick a tow yard in the worst part of Tucson? We had to take a bus all the way out to M & S Towing and couldn't find the place. We missed our appointment and they made us wait outside on the street for over an hour. We were trying to retrieve our belongings from the car. We also have to pay $75 to get our stuff back. You people are unreasonable.

If you like to be taken advantage of, then they are your go-to people! They are definitely overpriced for used cars of mediocre quality. Their customer service is horrible. There's a lady named Michelle who boils my blood because she feels she can talk to you as if she knows you. And her manager backs her up. You can't talk to people rudely and then expect respect. At the end of the day, where would you all be without customers? Out of business! In fact, is there a corporate number?

This company is horrible. I would not recommend anyone get a vehicle from this place. The vehicles are all lemons the staff is horrible the vehicles continually break down and the warranty is garbage

Not a bad car lot.Just don't buy the in-house insurance.It's so expensive once you pay off you've put 1000s towards auto insurance

They give you lemon cars that start breaking down a month after you get them. Will never go back there. Poor customer service from some of their staff

Easy to get loan but high interests rate. They do have great service and people are easy to work with and great people. I recommend for people just starting out with fair credit

Good deals. Great people! They took care of me when no one else would. I'm very grateful for the time they spent getting me into a car that I could afford.
