I had no idea that I still had anything due, as both of my insurances should have covered all services, and they only had my Medicare and not Medicaid listed. This was “corrected” multiple times, yet each call or letter I received did not have Medicaid listed as a secondary insurance. I am finally giving up, because I am tired of being contacted repeatedly, told the problem would be fixed, then have to do it all over again so many times.

Insurance should have paid for this. I am on Medicare and state provided insurance. I am disabled on SSDI. I have never had bills from Simon Med Imaging before or after this alleged bill.

They buy old old hospital bills and try to collect them after they've been charged off very rude people had them removed and they Pop back up thanks for Obama Care didn't go through.
