I am very disappointed with this company I have had 2 claims denied when I pay my hard earned money each month. This company is just a scam they are all about just getting your money and denying your claims.

Choice Home Warranty has been terrible this last few months. The first two years they were great!!! But lately, a different story. I’ve had to file two claims, each one they send me an “appointment” response within hours, BUT, the company never shows after I’ve takin time off of work. Then I call and they let me know I’m in their system but no appointment was ever set. Something between Choice and their vendors is BROKE! Once I arrange secondary appointments the technicians are great.

I am very very sad that my fee to replace a water heater is $1521. Even though you guys said I can have it done on my own and I will be reimbursed. I thought I was protected from this kind of stuff. Very very SAD!

My Dishwasher went out at 10 pm I emailed Choice Warranty and about two hours later had an appt for the next day.. All went well dishwasher working again.. I have had them for several years and each time got a good knowledgeable repairman.. so far very happy with them. They are prompt and communication is very good..

I called Choice Home as our friends use them to cover their home. Justin was very informative and professional and he got me signed up quickly and sent me my contract right away. I use to be with another warranty company but they were impossible to get a hold of .

So far pleased with their customer service and hoping they are able to take care of our home when it is needed for repairs to our home.

I’m thrilled with the service! It is my first service call and the response was on point! At first I was concerned, because the scheduled date was going to conflict with my schedule-I was going out of town, but I requested a different date and Choice Home Warranty (CHW) came through! I’ve made a few claims over the years and definitely feel like I’ve gotten my money’s worth. This las claim was because my A/C died on a 90° day. They found a technician within 2 days and my A/C was repaired the same week.

OMG! I am so excited about my experience with Choice Home Warranty. Today, I was searching for a home warranty company and came across Choice Home Warranty. During the online application, I received a phone call from a very friendly customer service representative named Trinitee.

I have to say, she truly went above and beyond to assist me. Trinitee was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. With all said and done, I’m so glad that I chose this company.

If you contact Choice Home Warranty, ask for Ms. Trinitee — she will definitely take care of you! Thank you for your excellent customer service, Ms. Trinitee, and keep up the great work!

We had very quick service for our dishwasher &
refrigerator. Both technicians were very professional
The dishwasher was fixed but the refrigerator required another visit in order to obtain a part. , I am very satisfied with Choice & would highly recommend them.

Our dryer is 15 months old. I paid over $850.00 for the dryer. The dryer would not start. I have a service contract with Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty sent a tech to look at the dryer, and the tech said the dryer needed a part that cost $280.00. Choice Home Warranty sent me an e-mail stating that they are going to send me a Lowe's Gift Card, in approximately thirty days, for $358.00. This is not a fair resolution. A fair resolution would be for Choice Home Warranty to repair the dryer.

This also happened to me for my over the range microwave, the direct replacement was $549 and they also offered me a Lowe's gift card for a lot less.
