Horrible company full of incompetent customer service reps. My advice always get transferd to a manager to get to the root of the problem.

Horrible horrible service. Been trying to get Lien released for over a month. Lost my bank check, horrible service, apathetic people and processes. Don’t get a loan here!!

After having of my loan paid off, my husband and I unfortunately fell on hard times. I called Chrysler Capital for the extension program, so that I could just move one payment to the end of my loan. After intrusive comments, they told me my only option was to pay up or surrender my vehicle. After all these years of making payments and they wouldn't even let me move one to the end of my loan. Wow that is a great way to treat your customers!

Not very good to work with. They keep going back on everything they say. I've had to take to multiple different people because nobody is very on the same page.

Always there for their customers. I call and always get a live people who cares and going out the was help and make life easy through these trying times.

They wouldn’t give me a lease for the car I wanted

I don’t see the reason for that
Bc I’d already just finished paying a lease for a jeep
Now I’m stuck with this car till I finish paying the lian

Terrible horrible customer service these won’t help if you were going through hardtimes online Saids they’ll help with extension but call them and they’ll tell u the complete opposite

They are the worst loan company I have ever had in my life! Their customer service is horrible! I have had to call a few times for hardship and they did not work with me at all. I have never missed a payment and I have had the loan for 2 years! They were rude and treated me like I was dumb! I honestly cannot wait to get the loan paid off and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!
