I do not know this company and they have never reached out to verify anything but steady billing my account. This is unacceptable and against the law neither did they allow me to dispute

Would not confirm debt. Not helpful at all has no evidence of any money owed to anyone. I asked for proof and they said it was a medical bill and they couldn’t comment. It’s from a retail store.

I've been trying to contact this company for almost a year to resolve the issue with company with no luck. It would be wonderful if your contact information was updated, or whatever needs to happen so I can resolve this account as soon as possible.

No good. Bought my information from an agency. It's against the HIPA law. I will not pay for an account that will harass me. This isn't the only collection agency that is going against the HIPA law.

I have already paid this debt and because of their shady nature of taking payments it is IMPOSSIBLE to prove that you paid anything, with or without confirmation!

Harassing phone calls 3-4x times per day. Come to find out I didn’t even owe and they had to remove the collection off my report. If you hear from them make sure to check into it and do not ignore because info could be inaccurate.

This is a good app. I would recommend this app to anyone. I’ve been looking for an app that’ll fix my credit for years. I would like to thank my friend for the invite.

Quite odd I would do a review for a debt collector, however it was necessary today due to the great energy and service I received from a young man by the name of Mark (Marc if spelled incorrectly) . In such a tense and challenging time where those of us who miss human interaction adjust to conference calls and virtual meetings, it is refreshing to speak with someone who has excellent communication skills and a welcoming spirit. This company really needs to model his example and move him up the ladder to management/supervision and beyond. Thanks!
