OMG! I don't even know how Credit Karma gives access to this junk LLC to keep messing with people's credit scores! This fraud LLc should be investigated. I called to inquire about an amount of money they reported on my credit score, and she couldn't answer my questions. She kept asking me for my information, which I refused to provide beyond my name and email address, and she wouldn't answer my question.

Instead of turning my bills into insurance that I have presented at the time of my appt and I have had all my life you send me to collections and I have never seen a bill, I had no way of knowing this bill was my bill, and now I’m not working???

This company is fraudulently trying to charge me for years now and I have disputed the charges multiple times still with no resolution and them dropping the fraudulent charges highly don’t recommend this company and their customer service is horrendous!

I don't agree with this report because I only had this account for 1 week, I couldn't even use frontier as my cable company because it was not compatible with the speed I needed in my area, and they want me to pay them for service that I couldn't use. I wouldn't recommend using Frontier.

These were supposed to be paid by insurance and I have explained that to them 100 times. They will not allow it to be taken care of by ins. Only want me to pay thousands which I don't have. Everything in this world has gone sky-high except salary. How am I expected to pay??? I can bite the bullet and pay a portion but not 3K. Esp when I'm not liable. But they won't even settle. 7 YEARS MEDICAL DROPS OFF YOUR CREDIT. either let me pay a % or I'll wait 7 years. Lol
