I don't know anything about this account so why are they putting it on my credit sheet when I don't know anything about it I wasn't even in the country when they're saying this account was opened

Hoping this brings me back to where I was before bankruptcy myself and my family dearly need the help my bankruptcy was the demise to massive amounts of debt accrued due to medical issues at the time

I never had an account with Spring Green in 2019. I have requested that they check and remove this but they refuse to work with me. I do NOT pay bills that I do not owe.

This doctor was paid by Medicare & Medicaid. I had an EEG test done at home! Had electrodes placed in my hair and given a little video camera which would literally cost approximately $500 to buy brand new at any store! Had to keep test 2 days longer due to the battery & backup battery not being fully charged upon receiving and not being given a charger. Thankfully, my neighbor found a charger. Then after getting the diagnosis of seizure which I already have had for years (diagnosed by him for at least 9 months and was receiving 0.05 mg of Klonopin @ 1 per day when it's a 12 HR pill and every month I'd simply call for refill only to receive multiple rude calls from his office and my legal caretaker would have to battle each month for that refill for no reason and this can be proved as well) he didn't follow thru by helping me solely because "HE wasn't comfortable prescribing medicine" which he also said I needed much more of due to my severe and very complex condition. I have the letter from him wherein due to no fault to me...he dismissed me as a patient and even says in writing how sorry he is, how much medical care I need, how he's not comfortable providing it and refers me to Mayo Clinic in MN...I live in WI and do not have the means or funds to travel so far for a appointment! I've had such negative issues leading to NO help from other Neurologists as they're using him dismissing me as a patient as their excuse to not even grant me an initial evaluation! My medical record w/him repeatedly states I'm becoming worse, falls alot, seizures more frequent and severe, etc. I've never done anything at all to warrant being dismissed! All physicians will deny you and make you sound basically like a criminal for being dismissed from another practice and He knows this. He has 3 degrees of specialties in Neurology so there is NO reason He can't help me. I also have a recorded phone call wherein He states for me to "not worry about the past due copayment". He is very lucky I haven't sued him..yet. Unbelievable he wants a dime! If a vehicle wasn't fixed properly he would've been held more accountable!! You should check out the proof, how's and why's before doing collections! You know how to contact me yet never have, I've disputed this more than once to no avail nor have I ever been contacted to inquire or request all the proof I have!! Why not?! I expect this to be resolved in my favor based upon the proof and facts!

This was not my account. But how can I write a review if I’ve not had any dealing w/this company to be able to actually write an honest review of them?

I’ve never heard from this collection agency about this account was not aware of this or it being on my credit report people just place things on your report without your knowledge so how can you address the problem if you are not aware of it and furthermore I’ve never had two accounts with Just Energy and when I canceled this account my contract was expired and didn’t want too renew because of the problems I was having with this company

Crooked collection agency not willing to settle the account when they were contacted. They just rather keep this information on my credit report so crazy
