This agency is predatory. They have called my family and threatened me in my home. I am unfamiliar with the original creditor and did not take out a loan from them. I am going to dispute this and report it to the CFPB and my attorney.

I owe NO debt with this company. They are violating my rights as a consumer and have NOT been given permission by me to place false records on my consumer report. All filings have been made and next course of action law suit. They have caused me the loss of a mortgage loan. This 3rd party creditor was triggered during the last 40 days after we were in escrow to purchase a new home. It is fraud. DRS is fraudulent in adding false records to my consumer report!!!

I was a victim of identity theft and this company won't stop harassing me saying I owe them money when I don't. They won't take my filing for identity theft for an answer..

This collection agency has never sent any documentation to back up their claim. I have asked for documentation. I don't know what else to do since this appears to be an attempt to collect a debt with no documentation.

This account was removed from my trans union credit report due to not enough information to confirm or deny it was me. I was very satisfied with the outcome

Please dispute this collection agency to the 3 bureaus, CFPB, BBB, and get a lawyer. I recommend ConsumerLawFirm LLC, they do not charge any upfront fees and make the collector pay the attorney fees after judgement. This company buys debts for pennies on a dollar. They buy outdated debt, use unfair credit tatics to collect on fraudulent debts you don't owe. They will refuse to send a validation letter. Record all your calls with these people, file your disputes, and then sue them. They will have to remove it from your credit by law and pay you for violating your consumer rights. And if they keep coming for you on your credit sue them again until they go out of business for their illegal collection practices.

I had medicaid at the time so this should not be billed to me but to medicaid instead. I've tried to express that to them before but they wouldn't even try to verify that information.

I was really pleased with the results that I received with Debt Recovery Solutions. I would totally recommend trying their best to make a settlement offer with them if they can, they have a great reputation of working with you on settlement offers and then helping your credit report in the process.
