Account was placed in error by the original creditor. It's being removed, but this company treats everyone as if they are deadbeats, and there is no such thing as a legitimate mistake, regardless of the proof.

Called to resolve a balance, and they were understanding and provided details of the disputed collection. I called to resolve one balance, and it showed I had another balance that was an error affecting my credit, so they provided a website to submit my documents in order to correct this error promptly.

I found out that this company is on my credit report and that supposedly I never paid them, well yes I didn't because I didn't even know they existed!! Fraudulent I've never opened this up or even knew they existed before I checked on my credit report!!!

This is a fraudulent charge and I'm not paying for this. The lady at the company when I called to find out what is what couldn't even tell me my birthday because it had the wrong birthday. I have never had a kmart credit card in my life

Diversified bought this off of Sprint, when it belonged to Sprint, Sprint denied payment. I was told if I didn't have the total amount needded to take care of it, then they wasn't taking the $20 i had to offer them

They call and yell and curse at you. When asked for an bill or collection statement so I know what I owe and what for they tell me I should know since I’m irresponsible and refuse to send me anything. I informed them to stop harassing me with their 5 yelling and cursing calls a day and I had to block their numbers
