Credit Unions and banks are a joke. I've never missed a payment on anything I owe for over 2 years, and still can't get help to consolidate my debt so I can stay up to date on my payments. I forgot, rich people are the only ones who get help, right?

The rebates work amazingly for personal loans on big repairs, and solid customer service as with all their products. Would recommend, especially to a mid-good credit score, which reaps a higher benefit from the loan rebates.

I am a member of another credit union and had to purchase a vehicle I tried for a loan from my credit union and the first one was turned down but they counter offered but it was 2000 less than the lot wanted, but dow approved it then by time everything was supposed to come together the vehicle was sold by another salesman, so I went to a differant lot and found another car, again my credit union denied my loan but dow approved, so thank you dow I drove out about an hour and a half later in my new car

I wanted to take the time to tell about my experience with Dow Chemical Employees Credit Union. I have been banking here for about 2 years and have not had a bad experience with them yet. All of the people who work for them are very generous and make sure that they treat all of their customers as family and make sure that they answer all of the questions that you may have and make sure that you are comfortable and confident with your decisions. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone who is looking to make a switch or just begin using a bank.

I have been a member of DCECU for about 15 years. I have had a savings and checking account throughout this entire time period. I have also had 3 car loans and 2 personal loans through DCECU. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience with this credit union. All of the employees are super friendly and professional. The website is really easy to navigate. I feel very safe when I use DCECU online banking. The security is top-notch. The One-Call phone service is really helpful when it is not possible to get online to do banking. There are many surcharge-free ATMs available in town as well, that I use regularly. I recommend DCECU to anyone looking for a credit union in Midland.

This credit union helps me a lot.I don't care if this is not the best option but for me is great.I trust their services a lot.My family use this Credit Union and they don't have any problems. For me it is to deposit fast and secure.I trust their Customer Service every time.When you apply for a credit card I think it's so easy that you don't even realise.They are friendly and they will answer you any questions you have..I will give my friends a great advice soon about these good promotions and the saving plans that made my life easier.

This has been my credit union since I was in college (15 years ago) and they have been great! Even though I don't live in the same city, I live about 1 1/2 hours away, they are still my number 1 bank for everything. They have very good savings rates, interest rebates on Jan 1 if you have any kind loans that is up to date and their customer service is the best I've encountered. I've tried other credit unions in my area and they just don't compare. DCECU works with me for my loans and savings information, even though out of town. I have my daughter's college fund set up there, as well as an IRA.

Great place to deposit your money. It used to be that you had to be an employee but now you can be the great grandson, uncle, cousin, sister, or brother of a member to get an account at this credit union. Also, it has branches in one great spot which is Midland Michigan. The amount of security they have to access your account over the internet or phone is complex. It’s almost “National Treasure” complex. The people are uber nice, to the point where you want them to come over for dinner. And they are down to Earth. They don’t expect people to know everything about banking.
