I did not know who Factual Data was, as there was no mention of One Main Financial. If they are going to be on my credit report, it should also say 'representing One Main Financial' or whichever company it would be.

This company should not run someone’s credit several times & pull people’s credit without them knowing. Have couple inquiries ( hard inquiries)

It really isn't fair when someone can pull your credit and not let you know. Pulling down a credit score your fighting to improve. It sucks

Never authorized a hard inquiry from y'all not once, yet you have placed 5!!!! Yes 5!!!! Hard pulls in literally the same 24 hours. Judging by everyone else's reviews, we can all pretty much get the picture but this isn't ok. You're seriously messing with people's livelihood. You need to be adults and pay that man who resigned his pto time. Y'all are making money hand over fist all at our expense just because you can. It's not ok and you should be ashamed. Do the right thing for once. Since when did reputation start becoming meaningless to these companies. Your word stands for nothing. Your "helping people" isn't really helping anyone but your pockets. It's a trap from the beginning. You tell people what they want to hear, assure them you can help, assure them that their problems are far more significant and most important and then wait until one thing happens where y'all have a reason to literally ruin someone's life and y'all jump on that and run with it like white on rice. How's it feel knowing y'all are taking away peoples ability to keep their houses, pay medical bills for their sick kids, keep their car to be able to work just to turn around and penalize them for not making enough to satisfy y'all's evil greedy employees. Y'all are sick. I'm reporting to BBB, I'm reporting to all credit bureaus, and everywhere else I can that will listen. I'm done with y'all taking advantage of innocent people who just truly needed help. There's a special place in you know where for people like you. Karma is a real thing so factor that in your own applications of how much grace God may decide to loan you when you need it. Oh wait, he would because that's what you're supposed to do is help thy neighbor not screw thy neighbor over...

They reported I owe child support over 120 days. I pulled my reports and it is verified the account was closed with exceptional payments. Avoid this company!!!
Not accurate. They embarrassed me . A closed case means it's closed. Not sure where they get their info but it is 10 years out of date.

They are the worst. We have been working with them for over a year and we have to call more offten then we should to get anything resolved. They also request items from us and borrowers that are never really needed to buy themselves time.

Please kindly remove this hard inquiry from my credit report. I did not give anyone permission to run my credit. Furthermore, I have never heard of this company. Thank you

First off this system is inaccurate. I’ve been shopping around for mortgages and every lender (5) I’ve used all had my credit score at a 638. I went to my credit union whom uses Factual Data and my middle score with them came up to a 618! Just ridiculous!

I had a credit inquiry that happened on September 6 2019,this was done by a bank without my permission you need to remove this from my credit report .

I worked at Factual Data for 14 months. At that point I decided it appropriate to resign. I kindly provided 2 weeks notice.
During my employment, by taking negligible leave, I accumulated 90 hours of paid time off. During those 14 months I had two urgent issues that required about 1.5 hours each of PTO without prior approval. Otherwise I was early to work and did not need to take unauthorized time off. I was told they could set their clock by me.
During my resignation checkout I was informed that I would not be paid for my 90 hours of PTO. Somewhere in their employee handbook, that is reportedly their policy. That policy was not part of my employee package and was never expressed to me. So my desire to leave on good terms turned sour.
The company snatched 90 hours of PTO from me without compensation. None of this was front-loaded PTO. It was earned.
I suspect that this is all you need to know about the company.

Please take this inquiry off my report. I am really really trying to improve my credit and this inquiry that I didn’t know it was a HARD INQUIRY. Please please remove it from my report. I honestly do not even know what company this is and how you were verified to check my report. Removing it would be greatly appreciated
