DO NOT sign up for any service with this company. They are all about their money, will make it hard for you to cancel, and they refuse to issue refunds of any kind. Very predatory in my opinion. Your best bet is to get the free service or subscription through Experian.

MyFICO does not offer refunds, even when their system double bills the customer twice for the same service in the same month. Their Customer Service is unhelpful and rude.

They use deceptive practices to take advantage of customers. I've been paying $40/month for premium service. It says I can redeem my monthly FICO report BY February 9. That is today. I log in to get it, and it won't let me. I call customer service, and they say, too bad, it had to be done BEFORE February 9. Their app says BY, not before. They won't honor it and give me my report. In addition, I go to cancel altogether, and they just processed next month's payment and won't cancel it or refund it! Awful customer service!

Do not do business with MyFico. Upon returning from a subscription pause I found my account locked. Rather than go through a time consuming process I asked them to simply cancel my account and refund my monthly charge since the product was not delivered to me for my use. They refused and forced me to charge back through my credit card. Horrific business practices to attempt never giving any refunds. Stay away from businesses like this one.

MyFICO was supposed to be the premium credit monitoring company out there. However, I am not impressed with this service. I’m paying 30 bucks a month for a service that is late to respond to credit report changes, makes errors in removing deleted collection accounts and gives generic responses when asked to rectify the issue. I get better and faster service from monitoring services that I pay NOTHING for. I’m close to canceling my subscription with this service.

I have been using myFICO for a few months now and it has been a very frustrating few months to say the very least. The biggest issue I had, was when they reported a late payment, stating: most recent late payment 2 months ago" when there was no late payment on my record and when I double checked with not only all of my accounts, but also getting in contact with all 3 credit bureus was told that I was up to date on all payments and that I have had 0 late payments.
Additionally, myFICO constantly gives inaccurate scoring when compared to the scores from the credit bureus they claim to pull from: Equifax, Transunion, and Experian.
And in addition to that; I recently desputed an innacuacy on my report and myFICO dropped my score on their records by 26 points because: "Consumer disputes-reinvestigation in process"

I was notified this morning of a credit score increase from TransUnion — I’m already paying for the $40 premium plan to get reports monthly— but once I was notified my score increased I purchased a one time update on TransUnion report. Once I purchased the report was from last month so my score went back down. I reached out to MyFICO and they said they could not help me even though they notified me of the changes to my score and would not refund or give me a new report. I will not be using them again. I cancelled my membership and will let anyone I can know this is NOT worth any money. It also updates the score DAYS OR WEEKS after changes are made. I recommend the Experian Boost app.

MyFICO is expensive and slow on letting you know things. Free sites have given me alerts like credit score drops and hard inquiries that it takes myFICO several days to catch. When I’m paying top dollar for a service I don’t want to see a free service out perform them in any category at all!

I've been using myFico for many years (probably 10 plus). I've heard so many people talk about other sites, but no one ever tells me that they can get the fico plus a breakdown of what each type of company might pull from your scores (i.e. Bank, Auto, Mortgages) or anyone who may pull your credit. They are expensive though and don't give as many coupons as they did in the past, but of all the one's people talk about myFico give you the most accurate scores.

I have been using MyFICO for about 7 years now. I started using it when I wanted to improve my credit and get some negative items taken care of. Once that was done, I maintained my Scorewatch subscription to keep track of any changes or inquiries on my credit report. The reason I like MyFICO so much is that it gives you true FICO scores unlike a lot of the other credit report/score sites. It's easy to use and you get text alerts when information has changed in your reports. It may seem a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but the information is a lot better.

MyFico is one of the few places that you can get an actual FICO score, and not one of the plentiful FAKO scores. MyFICO is easy enough to use that anyone can actually get started right away. The only downside to MyFICO is that there is its price, which may place it out of the of most budget minded individuals. MyFICO used to offer a trial version in the past, but it's no longer an option.

MyFico score is very easy to use. The score is pretty accurate compared to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. I check my score with MyFico and recently went to go buy a new car. The sales person ran my score and it was pretty much inline with the score from MyFico.

myFICO is the only way to get FICO scores direct from the source. However, unlike most other credit score sites, there is no trial or free option. Both credit score and reports are available, but not much else (e.g. educational tools). Since other sites give you comparable services for free (or cheaper), and you can't even test drive the site, this isn't a strong option in my opinion.
