I've used their services for about five years now with no issues whatsoever. Sometimes my monthly payment would fall at a bad time and they were great about rescheduling. I paid off my most recent loan and asked about applying again. Now, I'm not considered eligible for that. So disappointing, and they definitely don't deserve a 5-star review.

Verified CustomerFig Loans is honestly the BEST payday and installment loan company I have EVER in my life worked with! I was devastated that they left the Chicago market because they are truly the best when it comes to caring for their customers. I am still paying off my loan with them, but after a family emergency it was impossible to pay the full amount each month, so I called them and asked if I could pay a little less and they were so gracious that they accepted the bare minimum payment and still kept my credit score in good standing! They are such a good company and anyone who is lucky enough to get a loan from them will -- no doubt in my mind -- say the same things I say about them! Do yourself a favor and if you need a loan, go to Fig Loans! Hands down the best!

Verified CustomerWorst customer service ever… the end of last month I was trying to just pay off my loan with them and I kept getting denied, I had plenty of money in my bank account. I tried to get ahold of customer service and got nowhere. They charge so much in interest and doesn’t seem to allow you to pay off early or something. Scam, rip off loan company. Worst I ever used!!
