this is the worst company to do business with. i got a loan on some furniture. $1600 I did not get my payment book until 4 months after i pick up my furniture from the room place by then they told me that i was behind 4 payments. so i put my payment to be taken out every month i finish paying then i get a letter that i still owe them $650 because i of past interest. so i went back to my account and i found out that they charge me $ 30 +$10 every month so i pay them close to $3500 in total plus the 650 of interest that they said I stil owe them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...

Paid one account off no problems just about done paying off another account all good . Thanks GAF This company has been great since first time using then and never needed to get them on phone it’s all online

Horrible customer service. Can never get anyone to answer the phones. They charge interest when it was supposed to be deferred. SMH

Doesn't answer customer service messages, Magicly Declined my pay off payment (that I have used to make every payment) causing deferred interest to accrue onto the account. sufficient funds in the account and high enough limit on the card to make the payment

The Worst ever, I cancelled my purchase before it was shipped and filed a BBB Complaint this company never responded I decided to cancel after reading customer complaints Customer Service is Unprofessional, Rude, Unsettling. Buyer Beware

Easy to sign up and there is no interest as long as it is paid in the recommended time frame. It is better than rent a center or any store like that

Read the fine print in your contracts. Sometimes they do not send invoices so do not rely on them to do so. No actual people seem to be reachable to speak with only automated services.

Just ok. If your starting off or have fair to low Credit this might work for you. On the other hand, if you have decent credit then stay away. The financial obligations that you will encounter if you don’t pay off the loan in a year.

I paid this balance off over a year ago and it is still appearing as if it's opened. I've reached out to GAFCO numerous of times and it hasn't been fixed.

I set up to have payments directly taken out of my account. The company stopped taking the payments without knowledge or permission. Then, I proceeded to pay off the loan in full and the service rep advised me that the payment system was down and would most likely be down for the rest of the week, but the system would allow me to pay only my minimum balance. There are also several similar reviews that can be found on google.
