Just spoke with Felisha Thompson, extremely rude and unprofessional. I reached out to her to get some clarification on my account and she did not provide me with what I needed, nor did she explain why she could not provide it. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak with.

Indiana Finance is an absolutely horrible company to do business with, very rude and unprofessional employees. If you miss a payment or fall behind for any reason, they will call, text, mail, and email you every single day until it's paid. If they could send smoke signals to you they would; the only thing they don't do is show up at your house pounding on your door demanding money.

They are a bank and definitely not your friends. They can very well ruin your life, your credit, garnish your wages, repossess your vehicle, and make you sell or pawn everything you own of value. They do bad business with Oak Motors, which also receives a 1-star review.

I am so thankful I've finally struggled through my dealings with this company, and my contract is over after four long, agonizing years of pain, tears, and stress. If you are considering doing business with Indiana Finance, be prepared for a nightmare until the contract is completed. Expect high car payments and an extremely high interest rate of 20%.

Dealing with this horrible, unprofessional, rude, and terrible business is an absolute nightmare and headache. Please take my advice and read the reviews from other customers. Take your time, money, and business anywhere but to Indiana Finance. They won't help and are not there for you; they don't care about you. You are just a number and a revenue source.

Don't do any business with Indiana Finance.

High rates are taking advantage of me, having no choice at the time but to sign for the 20% interest rate on a $16,000 car with a $257.00 payment every two weeks. I have yet to miss a payment in over two and a half years, yet my credit score hasn't increased, nor could I get a more reliable vehicle elsewhere even with proof that I haven't missed a payment on this loan. I should at least get an option to lower my payment on my 2014 vehicle that I pay $514.00 a month for currently. No wonder people who fall on hard times get stuck in a financial challenge. High rates and high payments keep you broke.

Have been working with them for awhile but account manager didn’t report 1 huge payment proved it and he still repoed my vehicle paid over 1000$ to get it back and he is still charging me for it when it was his mistake!!!

this place is a ripoff. bad service, doesnt fully disclose information, and give misleading information, as well as crappy customer service with their financing group

Enjoyed this 54 month process. There were a few times I needed to delay my payment a few days because of my monthly Social Security check deposit. They were always open to extending my payment date.

Good place to buy a car but sucks at getting things done. Still waiting to see if my payments can be lowered cause I took over payments even though I am on disability

Would give them 0 stars if possible! There was a two week period they had been notified that my payments would still be made but I’d be unable to answer them/contact them. Still very rudely and aggressively attack my references and I by email text and calls!! I have remained current on my payments since purchase last February(2020). I have band records and payment history to prove so! So accused of being delinquent since last July! And that i also have payments missed being 60 days, 30 days, and two weeks late then saying I’m present on last payment? THERE IS NO FREAKING WAY IVE MISSED PAYMENTS! Even so if I had...if I was delinquent since last July I’d think they’d want their car back by now?? Stupid. They have really screwed me and my credit score, through lies and being greedy, money hungry, and fraudulent. Not to mention how overly priced the vehicle I ended with was even with buying from a buy here pay here apr?! Overall ridiculous “finance” company. Never again and I will never recommend. And if I hear anyone mention going to them. I will tell them their lies and show them records just to save another person the headaches and stress I deal with because of them!

by far one of the best companies that actual treat you like a person. they have been so helpful and understanding during this whole pandemic issue and not being able to work and make car payments. worked with me so I would not be behind AT ALL and are helpful during a couple of times I was short on hours at work and couldn't make a car payment. Had to have a repair made due to my own fault and didn't have the $500 deductible so they added it to my loan and I only paid and extra $10 a week until it was paid off. INDIANA FINANCE rocks.

I'm a co- signer on this account. The main signer took off without telling me anything about if he was going to keep paying on this car. Obviously he hasn't because Indiana Finance has called me 4 times. They wont take my name off even though the main signer quit paying and totalled the first car he got. Overall I just hope they find him so they can get there car back

They sold me a 2000 dollar 2014 fors focus se with a transmission recall! They broke lemon law and price gouged me!! Illegally reposesed my car and put me in the worst position to survive! Oak Motors in Indianapolis sold me the car!! Indiana Finance Company gave me the ridiculous lone and the illegal repossession
