HORRIBLE COMPANY! They fail to report to the credit bureaus, and it's also impossible to pay extra toward the principal. Management refuses to call you back in case you have an issue, but they're quick to call you if it's two days past the due date. They charge you to make your payment unless you are set up on AutoPay. Customer service does not reply to emails or even acknowledge the receipt of said emails. The staff is great, but the company and their policies are trash. They give their agents incorrect information in hopes that you get tired of the runaround.

Avoid if all possible! I was at a 4% high interest rate with Capital One. Poor business is practices. Regret refinancing my car!!!

Horrible Nightmare!
After 5 month lease return, they send a bill.
Even my retuned car was sold, never take care about DMV issue.
If you use this company, you will have bad surprise again and again!

Worst company to ever deal with. Paid 52 months never late and at end of loan last payment they reported me late. Horrible company

These guys are terrible. My loan was sold to them and they are impossible to get ahold of. Their website is listed as a high-risk site and if you brave it, the chat is worthless. My current chat started at 11:19, Maria joined at 11:24 but didn't respond at all before putting the chat on hold at 11:58 (lunch?) Now at 1:03, I'm still on chat hold. Meanwhile, I'm also on hold on the 800 number. When it answers, it goes straight to music. My current hold time is 26 minutes with no interruption for a menu or option to talk to anyone. I should feel good about it though because in my previous 7 calls I have been cut off abruptly between 7 and 15 minutes.
The one time I did reach someone on chat they were able to help, but it took way too long and the help was not 100% correct.
You have to really try to suck this bad, it's not something that you can do accidentally.

This was a great company to finance with. Had no issues. They bought my original loan and contacted me and everything went very smoothly. Customer service was very helpful when I needed to speak with someone.

Took some timeto get process done but saved money and lower interest rate.. Interest rate was not as low as I wanted but my credit is less than perfect so it did help. I recommend them to anyone trying to save a $

I was able to fully pay off the loan. It was a high interest note that I used to rebuild my credit and now as a paid off loan thanks

They worked with me when I needed them too but overall the intrest rate was just too high! I was paying 25,000 for a 10,000 ride. I am more aware of my decisions now when making a move as such
