Lockhart, Morris and Montgomery

This was supposed to be my credit because somebody used my name. I was in federal prison from 2018 to 2024. This has been put back on my credit report four times.

A lady by the named Heather answered the phone; very unprofessional, not willing to come to a resolution, nor willing to hear what I had to say. She hung up on me twice. They sent a letter stating that I could dispute this attempt; however, the attitude over the phone was very rude and challenging. She made it sound as if I owed the money to her personally, which I assuredly do not. This is definitely an error on the part of the hospital, and the unwillingness from this lady only confirms the low class of this debt collection company. I hope they do better, as there are always two sides to the story.

I would give zero stars if I could regarding this agency. The collection account forwarded to them from Flagler Hospital appeared on my credit report for the second time. It was for an outstanding bill to this hospital, which I had never been to, in a state that I didn't even live in, on the date of service. I disputed the collection account once before, which was through another collection agency, and it was removed from my credit report. That collection agency was very helpful in guiding me on how to have the fraudulent collection removed from my credit report. A few months later, the same collection account from Flagler Hospital was placed back on my credit report. But, this time the collection agency was Lockhart, Morris, and Montgomery, Inc. I contacted this agency and explained my situation, but the representative I spoke to was very rude. All she kept saying was that the account had been verified. How was it verified if I never received treatment at that hospital? She asked for my phone number, date of birth, and address. What identity thief can't get that information? This collection is not interested in correcting fraudulently reported accounts; they just want to get paid. This collection account can stay on my credit report until it drops off before I give LMM a dime that I don't owe on a fraudulently reported account.

This is inaccurate and should have been removed from my credit report. I've disputed it initially and had no further contact with them.

SCAM collections! I worked for the hospital that this collection company claims I have an unpaid bill with! All employees of the hospital received free x-rays, yet I was put in collections! I've attempted numerous calls in order to get this removed, yet my calls have gone ignored! This company is nothing more than loan sharks trying to collect on a fraudulent $100 bill!!!

They said the account was opened in 2023, but it was actually in 2018—a ripoff. And also, there were two different amounts...........ripoff scammers

This worst than the government SCAM. I don’t even know this company at all. They will not take this off………………….EVERYONE NEED TO PUT A LAWSUIT IN ON THEM

Scam. Account is not even mine!!! I've tried to get this off my credit report and no luck with it at all! Smh

These people are a scam obviously haven’t heard about hippa. Trying to collect on something that is not mine put it on my credit report refuse to take it off in total violation of Fira. People be aware. They can’t verify account and proof. They say I have to prove it. They need to study the law.

Canceled account. New owners said they would continue service. They have equipment and I am gone from the area. Stop calling and insisting we speak. I’m done

This place is a scam. Cant read contracts and forced to sign under dereess. I never agreed yo any terms. This place is a cheat a scam and will be. Sued.

This company will lie to you. They told me if I pay the agreed upon amount they would remove the report from my credit profile. I asked for it in writing. They said they don’t do that but the call was being recorded. If they don’t put it in writing they have no intention of honoring their agreement. Bypass any negotiations with them.

Scam they charging me for no reason just scam and they refuse to remove it from my credit. They keep calling me after I explain to them multiple times what happened
