During an emergency , I unfortunately had to deal with Mr. Garcia and World Of America Global Partners (WOAG) on a retirement policy issued by Generali.
On top of only receiving 40 % of my investment back , I had to beg for 3 months, finally receiving my money when I called Generali directly in Europe .
When I called WOAG to complain , Mr. Garcia hung up the phone and sent me lawyer letters.
