MCA Collection Agency

This loan was paid off in 2019 with the original company who it was owed to, but continues to show up on my report as not paid. I have done everything I can to clear this up and it never gets fixed.

Absolutely unprofessional and aggressive company. I will never be doing any business with them again and if you find yourself dealing with them good luck

The fact that I have a balance is not disputable however th3 balance itself is not correct. I would like to settle my debt on 70 cents of the dollar

This collection is not accurate or legitimate. The company that they are collecting for is a storage facility that I utilized for less than 6 months, and when I wished to close out my storage unit in July 2020, a final payment was made, including an additional months payment ahead of time in case I needed extra time. I was no longer utilizing the unit and removed my lock before the final month I paid in advance for, and no longer returned to the facility anymore. In 0ctober 2020 I received a certified letter from the facility stating I would be defaulting on my unit because of 2 months of missed payments, to which I responded by phone that there was a mistake as I hadn't even been using the facility for over 2 months. In January 2021 I receive notice that they have reported to credit bureaus that I have a past due balance for several months after I was no longer using the facility, in addition to fees for auctioning my apparent abandoned belongings. I no longer had my personal belongings there (hence removing my lock and taking it with me), therefore there were no belongings to auction. I contacted them once more by email and inquired about the collection account, and received a response that stated that my account was not officially closed out the day of my last payment because I should have signed paperwork in order to do so, which was not provided to me when I in person made my last and advanced payment, even though I clearly explained to the attendant working that it would be my last and final payments. The facility refused to correct the mistake and continues to maintain their claim that I owe more than $500 to them.

Soon as I get the letter written up stating that this was a third-party self that you should not have my bill because my insurance should have never sold it because I signed the HIPAA law you should not be a possession of this bill also this bill was already settled in a lawsuit of what I own finger up see so we're good I finally get time and write this letter to you in front of my system get this off of my bill collection

This account has been paid off fully by my attorney And I've contacted them and they act like they don't know anything about the agreement made between them and my lawyer

All collection agencies are completely unreasonable. I have a pending workman's compensation case and I can't do anything until they rule on the case that has been 5 years going. All agencies should be more understanding when I myself am at a stalemate. They will all be paid when I get it they'll get it

I thought putting a negative report on your credit wasn't allowed if it's a medical bill.... WHICH THIS IS! I don't feel like this should be allowed to be placed on my report and negatively affect my current credit score and future credit worthyness

Poor handling during the whole process. The account was paid but they keep sending bills. My account was paid. They called the next week. I informed them it was paid and she hung up on me. Get another bill in the mail 3 weeks later. Call them, they said it's all good. I asked if they contacted the Dr. office or did the office contact them. They said the office contacted them and said it was paid. Even though I told her a month earlier to contact the Dr. to see that it was paid. Poorly run operation.

They continue not to restore my credit even though the bill was paid in spring 2018. Total Access Urgent Care became impatient after one month and sent my account to them. The bill has been paid in full for six years, but MCA still has it marked as unpaid.

They are told to bill insurance and yet they still haven’t done so. Then they put this on credit report and will not remove from report
