10/10 heather called And I was ready to go off because I hate these calls. She was so sweet and she was so understanding. I came off rude at first but her kind heart calmed me down. This woman deserves a raise. If heather ever calls y’all you better be respectful because she is a god send.

Verified CustomerThe hospital still hasn't corrected their billing error. I thought it going to collections would give me someone to talk to about it finally, but they never picked up when I called and the robo-calls disconnected when I answered the phone. I'm going to report them to the CFPB

I was told that I could make 3 payments to settle this but now after my initial 1st payment was sent they want the entire owed amount!!!! This mead & associates debt collection co. is a scam and a joke... actually the debt was from 2012 and legally it was supposed to be expunged!!!
