I'm here for the debt collection and settlement payments for all agreements. The best way I found was to offer some settlement deals, which were reduced once the payment was completed, and other payments were agreed upon in settlement plans.

NCA has tried scare tactics and threats of jail when I stated that, in all honesty, I don't believe I ever had a loan with said company. They mentioned a bank account that was closed long before this loan was supposedly taken out, and the address was one I hadn't lived at for at least 8-9 years. I was actually residing in a different city, in a different county, but in the same state. I asked for some proof—anything! Copies of the signed documents to compare signatures and prove that the driver's license was indeed not mine. I got nothing, except being told that NCA has all the proof they need and that I will be going to jail. If I truly believed this was my debt, I'd make good on paying it. Now, I only hear from them maybe once a year, out of the blue.
Oh, and during the time frame that they claim I took out this so-called loan, I was going through bankruptcy, so I would have never been able to get a loan.

This company has already been informed that I have been a victim of identity theft, and yet they still keep sending me messages. It's against the law for you to keep trying to collect on a debt that's already been written off by the company.

I've asked them to accept my full payment in exchange of removing this debt that I never asked for off my credit report. They deposited $700 in my account after I asked them not to do so. Now they want $1555 back. Highway robbery!!!

The agency you pay is responsible for getting in touch with the credit bureaus to have it removed from your credit reports. However NCA is still causing me a problem not removing it from my credit report when I never even took the loan out to start with and they know that. They have a police report with a case number and it remains on there. I'll be seeking legal counsel to rap this unnecessary...
