when an amount is agreed how do you get the update to the credit agency
The agency you pay is responsible for getting in touch with the credit bureaus to have it removed from your credit reports. However NCA is still causing me a problem not removing it from my credit report when I never even took the loan out to start with and they know that. They have a police report with a case number and it remains on there. I'll be seeking legal counsel to rap this unnecessary...
