I paid my account on a Friday, with Monday being a holiday. I was told on Friday that my account person was out of town, but that on Tuesday they would be able to send an email stating my account was paid, but it wouldn't show up on my credit report for 2-3 business days. I called on Tuesday because I did not see my email. They told me they couldn't send an email for 2-3 business days. I could end up homeless because they can't write a simple three-sentence email that states, "This consumer paid their debt. They are now paid off." It's disheartening that a simple email can't be written to ensure someone won't be homeless.

Thieves! I was never billed for the charge, it was sent to collection BEFORE I moved out!!! Apt. didn't comply with Tx Law requiring notice of any money owed, reasonable time to pay. Nice scam Oct '20, amazing, ALL the auto rent payments were rejected by all the banks, everybody got a notice on their door to bring $100-$150 in cash immediately, plus the rent! Amazing, 'cause my bank had no record of the rent being sought .. use your imagination what happened. I got away ASAP, my last weeks there new people in the office almost daily. Serious problems.
