Rent Track charges two separate fees. One for rental payment and another for credit reporting. I used both. The reporting to the credit bureaus of my rent payments were not correct. And after months of paying for the credit reporting NOTHING changed on my credit report. A waste of money. I informed my landlord that the services were worthless and I would not use them anymore. As far as I am concerned, this is a scam. There are ways to pay my rent directly to my landlord that require very minimal or no fees.

Don’t do it. Paid $5/month for around 8 months and credit score went up around 10 points. After a while nothing changed to my credit score so I closed the account. My credit score went down 22 points. Paid $40 for a -12 credit score. Winner

This is not to help people, just another company trying to use online services to make money. I didn't ask for them and I don't want them messing with my credit. This should be illegal, contact your state representatives and report them.

I’ve been a customer since 2021, and I appreciate the rent payment reporting to all 3 credit agencies. It is helpful in building credibility.

It's nice to have positive monthly reports for my credit. It's hard to improve credit. So RentTrack is a wonderful tool to have. If you pay your rent on time, you'll get improved credit over time.

Reports on time to all the credit bureaus , never missed a payment , like this application it really works, can’t wait for my credit score to go up in rating

They’re great on reporting and notifying. The only problem this company does not stick to the same pay date every month. That’s an issue when you stick to a budget.

I think the app is a good my credit is looking better every month I recommend this application to any renter cause it keeps track of everything

This account has really helped me with getting my credit score up. Paying your rent on time is not always used to raised your credit score I would advise everyone with no credit or low score to use it

I was notified that this company, RentTrack did a hard pull on my credit which negatively impacted my credit score. I have no affiliations with this company nor did i provide any of my personal information to them. They fraudulently obtained my personal information and caused harm. Beware of this company. They have been reported to consumer fraud protection and I am selling other remedies

Just lost my home loan thanks to a hard inquiry that I didn't authorize! I could have no inquiries before closing and my lender just backed out. I'm seeking representation now. This will cause us to be homeless since we already put in a notice to vacate. Sadly, not everyone can just let it be fixed. This ruined our livlihood!

call the credit bureaus and tell them about your identity theft, and file a police report if you have to. then send it in as well

I just received a alert on my credit report from Renttrack! They did a hard inquiry on my credit report which dropped my credit score! I’m beyond PO’d!
I don’t even know who this place is & definitely didn’t authorize them to pull my credit!
Looks like I’m not the only one!
I will be reporting them!

I also got a hard inquiry on 06/08/2022. I’ve been building on my credit and they ended up doing a hard pull that hurt my credit profile. I have reported to the BBB for unauthorized use of my credit profile and business scam. I do not recommend SELF or RENTTRACK to anyone.
