I'm confused as to why I have to wait 10 days for a check I mobile-deposited, and this is the second time it has happened to me. I want my money.

I had been with my larger national bank for several years. Constant fees and policy changes made banking with them a total pain. I heard great things about SFFCU and applied for an account online. Within a few hours I received a phone call from and account specialist letting me know that I was approved. The specialist took the time to tell me about the many benefits of their credit union. When I went to make my initial deposit I, I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and introduced to an account specialist who finished my application and accepted my deposit.

I had so many problems getting a checking account through a bank in my area, I had wondered why it was so hard. They needed so much money down and I had to keep a certain amount of money in there at all times or I would be penalized. It's like I was paying them to be my bank. I could never get that money back so what was the point. I went to Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union and had nothing but wonderful experiences. They didn't have any crazy fees, or bunches of rules. It was easy to get the checking account started, they did it right there for me. All I had to do was sign and come up with a pin number. Couldn't ask for anything more :)

Recently I applied to this institution for a mortgage loan, and found that they exceeded my expectations. I was looking to buy a home in Sioux Falls, and I am not from that part of the country. The representative not only made the process seamless, she offered ideas to what part of town I should buy in. Overall I am excited to move to this part of the country, as this was my first business experience with any organization based in this part of the country. I was told what was needed to make my application processes as successful as possible, and I was updated by the same representative throughout the process. In the past getting a mortgage was a nightmare for me, but in this situation I found the process to be easy! I am happy to say that this is now my current bank for all my banking and investment needs. I wish I could give even more stars, because my experience is now fantastic in all my banking accounts! This is an A plus bank on my list!

In high school I had a savings account with Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union. The reason I had the account is because I worked in Sioux Falls, but lived in Watertown, SD. I wanted my money to be hard for me to get at on a daily basis and I have always hated ATM fees, so I don'€™t use them. If I wanted money I would pick some up on my lunch breaks on Saturday. They made it easy for me to get what I wanted and were very personable. The lady who helped set up my account understood what I wanted and put a withdrawal cap on my account that said I had to request transfers of more than $100 24 hours ahead of time. She was great and helped me tremendously. When I graduated, I closed the account because I was moving away for college. I never had a problem with them and would be happy to do business with them again.
