Broadview FCU Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Despite setting up protections and alerts, transactions still go through unchecked, leaving my account vulnerable. I've lost significant money due to this and the accompanying fees. It feels as though only wealthier members receive genuine support or understanding.
It's unfortunate because I had hoped a credit union would be more community-focused and compassionate. After this experience, I plan to move my accounts to one of the newer, modern online banks that seem to prioritize transparency and empathy for all customers, not just those in perfect financial standing.
I have had my car put on hold for money that I spent out of state. This money was taken with no red flags raised on your end.
