I called this collection agency, and they told me it was from 2016 and was from T-Mobile. Well, I've had Verizon for 10 years. And I've never even had the desire to live in Houston. It's not my account. So remove it, or I'll file a small claims lawsuit. Your choice.

This company keeps harassing me for something I do not have. I turned in the equipment years ago. They bought it from another company and it just keeps changing hands. All they've done is stress me out. I'm trying to get money from me for something I do not possess.

I never received any collection letters or calls. I moved and thought my bill was paid in full. I returned the equipment, which they sent the box to my new address, so they absolutely had the new address. Two years later, I get an alert that a collection was reported on my credit. I called Xfinity immediately, explained, and paid in full. The collection department tells me not to worry, it won't be on my reports after paying it in full. However, the next day it was reported to all three major credit reporting agencies. And it showed as unsettled, still owing a bill. I have my receipt! One credit agency deleted it immediately; I am waiting on the others. If not, I guess the CFPB will be hearing about how this company is misrepresenting people.

I'm telling them I don't live out of state and it must be fraud, and the representative was very rude and not helpful. I had to contact the creditor. I didn't know there was a class action. Now I will get a lawyer involved.

This company is expecting me to pay Comcast for something I've never had. I've been a customer of DirecTV for years and have never liked Comcast/Xfinity because they want you to subscribe to numerous channels, which will result in paying more than what the cable service is worth.

If I could give no stars, then that would be my rating. They are charging me for not renewing insurance with them and choosing a cheaper company instead when it was time to renew my membership. This is false advertising and false accusations of owing money.

This company refuses to acknowledge that this account is disputed and that the communications company violated consumer rights as well. I was not even living in the location when the charges were incurred.

I returned the item 3 years ago they are collecting for tmobile tmobile promised to release me from all charges for last 3 years and they keep it on my credit to see if I'll give in an pay it well court order says I don't have to pay anything and it's to be Remo Ed from my credit yet they still proceed to put it on credit report and refuse to take it off when I dispute it they tell me I can't that I'm just wrong so wallet hub and all don't do their job correctly and I'll be seeing all again including wallet hub for their inconvenience, by the way wallet hub allows this to stay on my credit report illegally and wont even help me with this so a lawyer I hope will get them thieves what they deserve
