I was really worried when I found out I had an account in collections since I have heard so many horror stories. Summit AR staff exceeded my expectations and I was treated kindly and compassionately. Thanks Summit!

It can be difficult to deal with a past due bill. My experience with Summit AR was surprisingly professional, compassionate and they treated me so kindly I felt good about making my payment.

Verified Customer25.00 of the 50.00 is the fee they charge the creditor to take the acct. I don't think I should be responsible for 25.00 if the acct should not have gone to collections in the first place.

Huge waste of time - I inquired about 2 primary collections, a $20k judgment and a $10k B2B A/R (customer purchases on terms owed, but no court judgment), plus let them know I had some smaller A/R, and would likely have more moving fwd.
First response was they aren't accepting judgment collections, but their website clearly states they do judgment collections: https://www.summitcollects.com/services/judgment-collection/
So I replied asking again about the non-judgment collection needs I presented and the reply was we aren't accepting accounts for single collections even though I clearly stated we had multiple. If they have all they can handle and don't want new accounts, they should update their website accordingly instead of continuing to invite new inquiries, and they could of simply said so in their first email response instead of wasting my time with multiple emails.
