Probably the most unfriendly, "member" experience I have ever had. Five Credit Unions, in four states, over fifty years, and I have never been questioned, suspected, demanded, and basically treated like a stranger after 15 years of membership. Three auto loans paid off in 12 months, never late. Automatic deposit of $4,000 a month, $70,000 in CDs, and try to borrow $10,000 to buy a motorcycle from a quality person and "Who are you, and why should we lend you any money?" Can't leave fast enough. BEWARE.

I was very glad when I first signed up for Sun East, and the service was great. I really liked the location as well very close to my house. However, one time when I was travelling across the country, I got stuck in South Charleston, WV. I needed to get money via the online banking site and for some reason was locked out, and then was basically stuck, broke and without any way to repair my car. I had to put it on a credit card. I guess they were just trying to just be safe, but it was rather a bother.
