I have never had any problems with acquiring a loan with this company. The staff there is always cheerful and greets you with a smile as you enter the door, eager to assist you. My favorite go-to person is Kyra. She is always so pleasant, courteous, and shows much compassion, and is very attentive in helping you get the loan amount that you are applying for. She will update you each and every time you come into the office or verbally on the phone as to how much money you already have saved up from payments that were posted, and she even tries to get you more. She should be recognized and well rewarded for all of her diligence, selfless acts, and performance that she does for the company. Kyra, you really rock!

They called my daughter without permission; I have no idea how they got her number. Ridiculous. You can't change your personal information on their website at all, nor can you add bank account numbers.

Don't apply unless you're willing to provide extremely personal information. They want to know everything about you, and I mean everything! They ask more questions than when I applied for a car loan. It's a complete waste of time and energy.

Received a check for a set amount that had to be deposited before a certain date. We were told the money would be available the same or the next day. All lies. The money was not available until 5 days later. Sun Loan still wanted a fee, even though we were returning the nonexistent loan. SCAM

I highly recommend sunloan for personal loans, the entire process is laid out clearly so you know every fee you will need to pay with no surprises at a very fair rate with plenty of time to pay it back.Lena helped me out and did an amazing job helping me get the loan directly deposited into my account so I didn't even have to come in to the office!
