Is there a zero star option? I called because I forgot my username. My account was locked due to too many attempts. During the first call to customer service, I started by saying I needed to get my username. After ten security questions, she asked for my username! Then she said she needed to transfer me, and the call was disconnected. An hour later, I tried again. The same exact scenario occurred: I started by saying I need to get my username. After ten security questions and repeating the card number, etc., she asked for my username! Then she said she needed to transfer me. Stuck on hold for an eternity... still holding...

Horrible. The online payment system never worked, and the help team was almost useless. I racked up multiple returned payment fees that they refused to remove. So frustrating because I really wanted to use a green credit card.

useless. This is an utterly useless card. It doesn't even report a balance, but just sits there as if it were usable. It should be removed from this report. So ANNOYED by it!

Excellent service, easy to manage never a problem= had it for years. It's a green card if you will. Definitely do it..... you'll love it

I just closed my account. TCM services Green America for VISA cards. I NEVER got their online system to work. As a result, I missed payments - something I never do with my other accounts - and took a credit rating hit. Good riddance!

Horrible from day one! TCM bank could not even get my business name correct on the credit card they sent me and I have been fighting with them for, literally, over two years. I have called, emailed, made changes on the paper bill when paying every single month in an attempt to have TCM bank correct my business name. I've sent copies of my company's credentials, including our W9 form, by USPS and email yet nobody at TCM bank can manage to correct our business name. Whoever originally input the data left the first letter off our business name, so it should be a simple fix. Apparently, not for TCM bank. TCM Bank's Business Account Management Team is the worst. Their customer support is laughable. "John", "Marcus" and "Sabrina" are unprofessional and incompetent. They clearly do not care about their customers, in the slightest. That is painfully apparent when they cannot even get their customer's business name correct and refuse to do anything to make it right. Horrible, horrible, horrible, Seriously, avoid TCM Bank at any cost!

I paid my account off in Dec. 2021. I even included $50 extra to cover interest that would accreu between the time I mailed the pay off check to them and when they received it. In that letter I told them to close my account and that I would shred their credit card right after I mailed their payoff payment to them. They DIID NOT close my account and have continued to allow it to be charged.

TCM is absolutely horrible. They return payments saying the account number is wrong, but when the number is read to them off of a check, they say that's the number they are using. They have also shut our card off. They are messing with our credit by reporting unpaid payments despite the fact that we are trying to pay the card using the correct information. After reading other reviews, this bank sounds like a scam or a company that tries to screw people over. I would 100% NOT recommended.

Tcm bank is garbage. you make your payments this bank is slow, close, and next to not applying your payments to your account, you the. cardholder. yet they will not be slow in reporting your missed payments to credit bureaus for their incomptentincy of thievery of funds miss directed lost in their system called red tape. on top of all this, tcm bank will force you to get educated in the language used by their bank all the while they know that they can immediately remedy the missing payments. They are probably sitting in their plush offices and watching these payments they will deny that your payment is there and they see it and they will say that an expedition has been sent out to find the missing payments while you wait in anguish for nothing.
tcm bank will not call you back and will not assist you with payments they have stolen.

Trusted provider? Ha. What a joke.
These folks in Tampa continue to operate despite all the complaints, civil and criminal. They charge excessive fees. Delay payment receipts then increase min. Payments on credit cards x 3. Then they report consumers to all credit bureaus when customers pay each month. Check Into this company before considering. The employees demean customers when they call with representatives valid complaints and belittle hard working families who cannot pay their excessive unwarranted and our opinion fraudulent charges. Ask the BBB about TCM.

This used to be Amalgamated of Chicago. TCM Bank NA took over. Had the Amalgamated card for at least over 25 years. Never had any problems with their service.

Excellent ... no issues with billing, etc. Easily accepted anywhere. Online payments are a major plus. Hassle free ... would recommend.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They closed my account and then refused to issue a refund for the balance of a secured credit card. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
