Don't sign up for the bonus checking account. They have enough loopholes included to avoid paying out claims when they occur. I tried to submit a claim for my phone repair, as it is a great added perk to the checking account that is included in your monthly $10 fee, where they will reimburse you for stolen or damaged phone repairs. Or so I thought. Upon entering my claim, they took less than 48 hours to find a way to wiggle out of paying the claim. They don't care about their customers; they just want your money.

Texas Trust finance officer added life insurance to my Porsche loan so he could make extra money. I never asked for it. I dealt with Kimberly at Sandra Perry; they are trying not to help. I have financed a lot of cars with them, and I trusted them, but you should read what they make you sign.

Texas Trust is anything but trustworthy. They are not honest and fair. It is true that they hold your transactions, reorder them and then withdraw them multiple times. If you're like me, you use your card for everything, so it's difficult to keep track of those expenses. You would think you could trust your bank, but you can't. I have two loans out with them, and it's still not enough. The greed in this country and within companies has gotten out of hand; it's absurd. Don't let them take advantage of you. Many of us are middle-class individuals barely making ends meet, and this company is worth 2 billion. Try another bank, or monitor your money closely with these guys. I see why they rolled out these new fees for researching your account at $25 an hour because they are not transparent. Don't bank with them.

The new TTCU online banking app launched today - what a nightmare! My wife and I have four accounts linked plus two loans so we can transfer among any of them. As of today, my wife has access to all, and I have access to only two. Apparently, I am no longer able to access those accounts as my wife opened them, which is bizarre because we were both there and both opened separate accounts at the same time. TTCU linked them. We have also, over the past 12 months, experienced multiple fraudulent transactions and account hacks. Far too many to be a coincidence. The new app is also appalling - smaller workable screen size, fussy layout, and generally difficult to navigate. Why fix a wheel that is not broken? After all of this, we have decided to vote with our feet and go elsewhere - a new bank awaits.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent customer service experience. I encountered as a long-standing customer of over a decade, I expected better assistance during a critical situation. Recently, I discovered fraudulent charges on my account which understandable caused significant concern. When I reached out to your customer service representative, Ancara, I was met with frustration. Despite my request to speak with someone else who could assist. Ancara refuse to connect me to another team member to make matters worse she failed to provide the correct spelling of her name. Having hundreds of dollars wrongfully taken from my account is distressing enough, but the lack of support and unwillingness to escalate the matter compounded my frustration. Ancara assured me of a callback, but I have yet to receive any communication. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to address such issue promptly and professionally. I kindly, request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify The situation. Additionally I urge you to review your Customer Service protocol to ensure that other clients do not encounter similar challenges. Thank you for your attention to this matter I sincerely hope that Texas trust can regain my trust and provide the level of services I have come to expect.

Paid off a car in July of this year, and the check went to Texas Trust because the merger had been completed. I now have no title because it has been lost...... Somewhere between the merger and the time my payoff check was received at Texas trust. It is in Arizona title, so you can imagine with me in Texas what I am having to face. Texas trust employees have been very kind, but can offer no help other than "I must take on the quest myself.". I am a senior citizen and I do not travel, so traveling to Arizona and trying to maneuver through the DMV system is not an option for me. I did receive a release of lien letter, because I suppose they had no idea where to mail the paperwork to out of state dmv? Was a customer of Texas Federal Credit Union 25 years, and not once did they ever lose a title. So troubled...

Sluggish, outdated systems, and confusing requirements led to many headaches when using TTCU. I used TTCU for an auto lease that was converted into loan and I've had to create multiple accounts, set up auto-pay multiple times, and provide countless copies of documents that the bank should have taken care of during the auto purchase process.
Not only that, but at one point I had to wire money to TTCU to ensure the bank had enough money to cover the process. A huge mess, and a headache I'm looking forward to forgetting.

I have been with Texas Trust Credit Union now since 2017. My local branch was Qualtrust Credit Union until Texas Trust took over promising better services. What a joke. My current situation involves linking my business credit card to Apple Wallet. Texas Trust tells me they cannot do this because of security risk. Really? Why do I keep $1000 minimum in that account or pay a $9 monthly fee if this financial institution cannot function like it is the 21st century. In addition they are not compatible with Zelle for peer-to-peer transactions either. That includes both personal and business accounts. Given their complete amateurish approach to financial services, I will be moving all my finances both personal and business to an institution professional and modern enough to meet my needs. I highly suggest you do likewise.

Texas Trust has helped me set up Apple Cash and resolved part of the problem, but to get me to four stars they will need to provide Zelle as a service for transactions as many other financial institutions do.

Gave me a chance to build my credit history earlier than most others would have when I got my first job at 15 years old and started with a checking/savings account, then a parent co-signed auto loan, then a personal loan as I graduated high school and needed funds to furnish my first apartment, have the credit card now with is awesome and updates payment status in seconds, not days. Not to mention the random but useful credit union member rewards they have partnered with certain businesses to offer its members! Love love love my credit union going on 18 years now!
