I finished paying my balanced in full she will write a letter paid in full to all credit bureau and send me a letter stating I paid in full. Task completed and nothing i dont even own this account but it was hurting my credit

Paid my balance in full on August 10, 2022. It’s still on my credit report with the original creditor & the derogatory remark is still there & it’s keeping me from getting my house refinanced! Paid a different collection off the exact same day (different company & creditor) & those are completely removed from my report along with the derogatory remark! Go figure that I did the right thing & paid it in full, not a settlement amount, to take that weight off my shoulders & help my credit score to refinance & put myself in a better financial position & I’m still being screwed & not moving forward! I was going through financial hardship which caused my payments to be missed & put me in collections in the first place! Very possible that that’s where I’m headed again with this still being on my report! They certainly don’t waste any time hurting your score when you miss a payment & they certainly are in no hurry to fix it when you pay it off! YOU GOT YOUR MONEY, NOW REMOVE ALL THE NEGATIVE & FIX MY SCORE…For Pete’s Sake!

I actually don't remember this company's name. I will search through what I do have to see if they have ever sent me a letter or such. Their name is unheard of to me.

I dont know how these people got on my credit collection account and also why they are saying that I owe them when I never heard of them and why should i pay for something I never seen or dealt with
