Avid Acceptance Car Loans

This is the worst car loan I have ever had, they do not follow up as promised. They will call 2 times a day when you are late, but will not answer questions when you call them

Good to work with especially in situations like when I lost my job and didn’t have any income for a month or so I have been thankful for their service

Nothing good has come out of them.
They claim they want to help you win in reality they don't. I don't absolutely do not want anybody else to go through them for anything.

Good company I love it they will work with you at all times I will get another car through them if I can I told my sister in wife about them

Never had any issues with Avid acceptance. BILL always paid on time and nothing on my account changed in 3 years. Never received any harassing calls or sales pitches.

Great company if you're in bankruptcy. Will work with your trustee. Process was smooth. They don't refinance I think. Good customer service. Pretty straightforward

This is actually a wonderful car agency! They were very flexible and friendly and helpful the entire time!
I would recommend this company to anyone, they are phenomenal!

I pay on time so I haven't had a lot of interaction with anyone there. I can update this if i run into a problem to see how they will work with me.

Ridiculously high interest rate. I don't advise financing with them unless you absolutely have NO other option. They don't care to work with you if you go through hardship. All they care about is money. They're fast to sign you while you're in BK but once they get you you're stuck. No interest reduction, no refinance...nothing...I truly regret getting financing through them...seems like a will never be able to pay it off
